Order Processing and Dispatch

- Payment: Goods are dispatched within 24 hours (on business days) after 100% prepayment is credited to our bank account.
- Tracking: Immediately after handing over the cargo to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment's location in real-time on the carrier's website.

Important Receipt Conditions
- Address: The Buyer must provide the exact delivery address in the written order. If not specified, shipment will be made to the payer's address from the invoice.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, please check the packaging integrity. In case of visible damage, draw up a report with the courier immediately.
- Responsibility: Risks for damage or loss of goods transfer to the Buyer at the moment of handing over the cargo to the transport company.
- Non-receipt: If the Buyer fails to accept the shipment without a valid reason, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
